Oxnard Ives Housing is a multi-family residential project developed by Connest Modular Homes in California. Our factory-built modular homes offer affordable, efficient, and sustainable living spaces for families.
Our project features 24 three-story building blocks with 78 units, including one and two-bedroom apartments. We built our modular buildings using steel frames, offering faster delivery, efficient modular construction, and long-lasting durability.

Both bedrooms and the living area include A/C, and both bathrooms have a bathtub and lavatory with quartz countertops.
Our one-bedroom apartments have a private balcony, bedroom with a closet and A/C, bathroom with a bathtub, quartz countertop on the lavatory, and exhaust fan. The kitchen features quartz countertops, microwaves, exhaust fans, and kitchen sinks. The living area also has A/C and is perfect for entertaining guests.
At Oxnard Ives Housing, we understand the importance of a well-rounded living space. Therefore, we provide 81 parking spaces, including two handicapped spaces, a trash area, a green area, hallways, and a shared open space area with a playground, playfield, and gardens.
