Building your home in our factory also allows us to better control our inventory and oversea the entire production line more closely, in comparison to traditional construction. While most construction sites have delays due to inclement weather, the modular construction process takes place indoors, keeping our moisture levels low in our materials, preventing damage.
Our design process starts with site studies, identifying project outlines and specific needs. Our modules engineered to be flexible and adoptable to all type of architectural style. From single family to multifamily buildings our floor-plans can accommodate wide range of layouts.
We are experienced and ready to help with get permits and approvals. We will submit the drawings for local city permits. Based on the location and the city the slimline can vary but while we are waiting we start to work on the production planning and material orders.
