DESIGN & ENGINEERING
Our design process starts with site studies, identifying project outlines and specific needs. Our modules are engineered to be flexible and adaptable to all types of architectural style. From single family to multifamily buildings our floor-plans can accommodate a wide range of layouts.
PERMITS & APPROVALS
We are an experienced team ready to help get permits and approvals from city officials. We will submit the drawings for local city permits. Based on the location and the city the timeline can vary, but while we are waiting, we can begin to work on the production planning and material orders.
SITRE PREP & BUILD
Our prefab homes are built in our factory. We monitor quality and production in-house. This helps reduce costs and cut unnecessary labor and waste materials from the site.
During production, the site can be prepared simultaneously. We will manage all the site works. We demo all the existing connections and lay the foundation and install electrical and plumbing hookups.
DELIVERY & INSTALL
Once the prefab building is complete and ready for transport, we coordinate with you on the delivery and installation date. When the home arrives, our team completes the finishes, hook up utilities and clean up. Now, the move in can start.
